The Resorts Reimagined™ program aims to modernize and rejuvenate aging timeshare resorts and condominiums. Through our decades of experience, we’ve learned that management approaches from decades ago are not just inefficient – they’re unsustainable. That’s why we adopt agile, innovative, and forward-thinking strategies to tackle the challenges of the current landscape. We don’t just maintain the status quo. We elevate your property to meet the ever-changing demands of today’s dynamic world.

I own at a resort that’s Reimagining. What does that mean for me?

If your resort is going through the Reimagination process, you may have been offered the chance to join Club CoolVacay and keep your travel benefits alive. Instead of worrying about deeds, maintenance fees, or special assessments, you’ll have access to flexible subscriptions like CoolWeeks and CoolPoints that make vacationing simpler and more rewarding.

Why should I swap into Club CoolVacay if I’m already an owner?

Club CoolVacay gives you continuity. You can keep enjoying the timeshare vacations you’re used to—plus new exchange perks like hotel stays, cruise discounts, and rental options—well after your resort completes Reimagination. Think of it as a bridge between your past ownership and your future vacations.

Where can I go with CoolPoints & CoolWeeks subscriptions?

Your subscription connects you to the world’s leading vacation exchange brands. That means access to over 5,000 resorts and hotels worldwide, subject to availability. Visit our Destinations page to see some of the most popular spots members book.

How soon do my benefits start?

If you choose CoolWeeks or CoolPoints, enrollment with the exchange provider may take up to 14 days after your deed back or distribution rights reassignment have been filed, but you can begin exploring benefits immediately on your chosen exchange provider’s website. Once enrollment is complete, you will receive a welcome email from your provider.

How much does it cost?

In most cases, you’ll receive a special offer to simply swap your current ownership and/or distribution rights for a package that bundles your Club CoolVacay enrollment with a CoolWeeks or CoolPoints subscription. Once that initial offer term ends, you may simply continue your benefits by paying the applicable annual subscription fee or choose to opt out based on your travel preferences at that time. Subscription fees for CoolWeeks and CoolPoints vary, ranging from $565 to $2,695 annually. Please note that your exchange provider may also charge additional transaction fees for bookings and services.

How long does my membership last?

Club CoolVacay membership never expires. CoolWeeks & CoolPoints subscriptions renew annually after the promotional period using the credit card provided during enrollment. Your exchange provider may charge separate fees for annual membership services.

What if I don’t vacation one year?

No problem. Your Club CoolVacay membership stays active. Depending on your subscription choice, you may even be able to bank or extend your exchange benefits for a future trip.
